Get to Know Dr. Bech
Dr. Jessie Bech was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Florida and remained in Gainesville to attend dental school. It was there that she met her husband, Dr. Shawn Magee. The two were married in 2001, less than a month after earning their Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees.
After dental school, Dr. Bech made her way to Flagler County and quickly felt at home. Over the years, her connection to the area has only grown stronger. In fact, her parents later moved to Palm Coast as well. After more than a decade practicing separately, she joined Dr. Magee at Cypress Point Family Dentistry in 2012.
Together, they have raised two active sons, Chase and Jack. Chase is currently attending Florida State University, and Jack is involved in marching band and weightlifting at Flagler Palm Coast High School. As a family, they enjoy vacations that often include hiking or snow skiing.
Dr. Bech enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially the relationships she builds with patients over time. She also has extensive training in esthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, veneers, and clear aligner therapy.
Outside the office, she is an avid runner with a goal of earning the Six Star Finisher Medal for completing the six World Marathon Majors. She has qualified for the Boston Marathon, finished an Ironman, and competes on multiple relay teams. Even with her many accomplishments, she says her family brings her the most joy.
